Job summary

St. Francis Center in Darby, PA is seeking a Central Supply Clerk to maintain inventory and efficiently provide supplies and equipment for patient care. Responsibilities include stocking, ordering, verifying against POs, and keeping the supply room organized.

The role requires computer experience, attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to load/unload pallets. A high school diploma and knowledge of purchase orders are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have computer experience, attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to load and unload pallets and boxes and knowledge of medical equipment.
• High school graduates with knowledge of purchase order procedures and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Check stock levels and maintain inventory of all supplies.
• Place weekly orders for medical, personal, enteral feedings/tubing and oxygen supplies.
• Check incoming orders against purchase orders.
• Check monthly invoices for price changes and adjust charges accordingly.
• Reevaluate levels throughout the week to anticipate upcoming needs.
• Keep the central supply and equipment room organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
