Responsibilities

Essential functions and process responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working under minimal supervision with varied and moderately complex duties.
  • Applying advanced skills in the area of specialization.
  • Adapting procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to meet specific needs.
  • Assisting in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other Partners.

Production Lead: Monitors production flow, controls product quality, and oversees production processes for retail customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating production flow and organizing the work area.
  • Overseeing product quality and managing shrink initiatives.
  • Managing the production of special orders.
  • Overseeing shifts, lunches, and breaks.
  • Ordering raw ingredients.
  • Maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Monitoring equipment conditions.
  • Assisting in training new partners.
  • Supporting food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Education and Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Typically 5-8 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of department products, food preparation, and equipment.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment is essential.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs or more occasionally.
