Responsibilities

The Service Representative - Parking Lot Attendant [PLA] provides excellent customer service by assisting with packaging and carrying purchases, supporting all customer service aspects. Works under supervision with clear verbal and written instructions, utilizing basic skills relevant to the role. Responsibilities include:

  1. Packaging customer purchases accurately and efficiently
  2. Assisting customers with carrying out their purchases
  3. Answering customer questions about products
  4. Engaging customers in discussions about items, including taste profiles, complementary products, and preparation tips
  5. Returning merchandise to shelves as needed
  6. Providing friendly, prompt service with a smile
  7. Guiding Customer Service Associates in the parking lot
  8. Managing shopping baskets, ensuring they are nested properly and available at entrances
  9. Assisting customers with unloading merchandise into their vehicles
  10. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of carts, seats, and equipment
  11. Ensuring carts are charged and operational
  12. Providing water to customers as needed
  13. Walking the parking lot to retrieve abandoned shopping carts
  14. Reporting issues to the Service Manager or Director
Requirements
