Responsibilities

• Create maintenance schedules for partners.
• Assist in training new maintenance staff.
• Prepare daily work lists for maintenance teams.
• Communicate maintenance issues and solutions to the Operations Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
• Clean restrooms and manage trash disposal.
• Support supervision of 3-5 employees alongside the Operations Manager.

Requirements
