What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Complete patient referrals and coordinate service eligibility, insurance verification, and care coordination
• Handle daily intake operations and process pending referrals efficiently
• Verify member eligibility and benefits on a regular basis
• Communicate with providers, clinical staff, and caregivers to gather necessary information for authorization
• Assist with monthly authorization expiry reports and manage health insurance updates in the system
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical environment preferred
• Must have insurance experience, with familiarity in ICD-10 coding
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
