Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Central Intake Coordinator to perform intake functions including clinical and financial review of referrals, insurance verifications, and prior authorizations. The role requires understanding of long-term care operations and collaboration with hospital systems, case managers, and facility leadership.

You will work every Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-5pm, supporting multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in long-term care or related industry.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ admission experience; referral management experience preferred.
• Must understand long-term care business, including census and quality mix goals and referral expectations.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate multiple electronic healthcare referral systems.
