The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering, strong leadership skills, and over 10 years of industry experience. A Professional Engineer license or AICP certification is preferred, along with effective communication and project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer license in the State of Illinois preferred.
• Ability to write effective project proposals.
