Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Associate to maintain stock locations, process orders, and deliver supplies within the hospital. The role includes replenishing crash carts and ensuring accurate PAR cart documentation.

You will assist with physical inventory, rotate stock, and support Central Supply and Materials Management under supervision, contributing to a safe and efficient hospital environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years with cycle count and inventory of medical supplies.
  • Experience with computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reports stock shortages to supervisor.
  • Maintains isolation and crash cart supplies to assigned level.
  • Restocks warehouse, rotates stock, and returns empty pallets.
  • Maintains current PAR cart sheets with supplies by bin location.
  • Stickers patient charge supplies and updates CDM numbers.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Job Summary

Maintains supply stock locations. Receives and processes various supply orders. Delivers supplies to the desired destination. Builds orders for stock replenishment. Replenish crash carts and trays. Maintains and cleans stock locations. Disinfects, stores and delivers moveable medical equipment. Loads and unloads materials within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts or other handling equipment to move material to and from the storage facility. Requires the appropriate licenses to operate a motor vehicle in order to transport passengers or property. Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts. Validate access permissions and checks in approved vendors. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a Supply Chain manager or supervisor. Assists with other duties as assigned to support Central Supply and Materials Management departments.
