Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) offers a Sales Rotational Program designed to develop technical and professional skills through four rotations over 18 months.

The program starts in Wilmington, MA; Dallas, TX; or San Jose, CA and transitions into ADI's Field Applications Engineer (FAE) role to support diverse customers and locations. During rotations you gain experience in analog/digital design concepts, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Basic understanding of electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and electronic components.
• Knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, or digital circuit fundamentals (e.g., sensors, op-amps, power management, data converters, processors).
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Willingness to relocate to a field location after the program.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and ADI's sales teams to solve complex application challenges across a broad range of technologies and end markets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Educate customers on ADI products, services, and system solutions through technical presentations and demonstrations.
