Event Details

Date & Time: Thursday, June 5th, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Location: Buffalo office, Fairmont Creamery, 199 Scott Street, Buffalo, NY 14204

Pre-registration is encouraged to book a preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome with resumes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Supervise Member Care Specialists (MCSs) and manage daily operations.
  • Coach and mentor team members, ensuring performance goals and SLAs are met.
  • Handle escalations and customer inquiries, providing high-level support.
  • Maintain knowledge of business processes, client needs, and compliance regulations including HIPAA.
  • Report on metrics, manage client data, and support team development.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of healthcare supervisory/management experience, with 1+ year in healthcare sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in health insurance or benefits industry.
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD coding, and medical terminology preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of data privacy laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.

  • Ability to lead diverse teams, meet performance goals, and drive organizational improvement.
Work Location
  • Preferably based in Buffalo, NY, with ability to travel to the Buffalo office. Remote candidates with healthcare team supervision experience are also considered.
