The Learning Tree of Elgin West is seeking a Center Support Staff / Third in Charge. This role is perfect for a leader passionate about early childhood education, responsible for aiding the Director in program development and enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old and willing to drive a center van.
• Previous experience in licensed childcare admin role.
• Physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with developing ongoing programs for children and staff.
• Manage enrollment activities including tours and marketing materials.
• Ensure compliance with State and Company Regulations using Licensing Checks.
• Guide teachers in creative curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom organization.
• Build professional relationships with parents and employees.
• Fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
