Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Inglewood, CA is opening a new plasma center in November 2026. The role reports to the Center Manager and oversees production-area staff, inventory control, and donor interactions to ensure high-quality plasma collection.

You will analyze non-conforming events, manage Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, and foster teamwork while resolving conflicts in a fast-paced environment. CPR/AED certification and readiness for lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling in the center.
• Lead inventory control and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with donors to address concerns and ensure quality service.
