Job summary

CSL is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations in Colorado Springs, ensuring efficient plasma collections and adherence to SOPs and regulations.

You will lead meetings, set performance expectations, participate in staff recruitment, and coordinate with Group Leaders to minimize wait times while maintaining compliance and high quality donor care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required with responsibility for overseeing the activities of others.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and escalated donor issues.
• In conjunction with Group Leaders, facilitate donor movement to minimize wait and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting, attendance and overtime utilization.
• Investigate errors and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of center operations staff and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal, state, and local regulations.
• May assist with recruitment, selection and marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.

The expected base pay for this position at hiring is $23.46/hour - $27.76/hour. Please note this wage range reflects what CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base pay for a successful candidate within this range is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
