Job summary

Woods Supermarket is seeking a part-time teammate to deliver the Woods D>E service and Hospitality 4 culture. You will assist guests, stock shelves, and ensure product freshness while following all laws and Company standards.

The role includes helping guests find products, maintaining store layout, and performing essential duties with or without accommodations. Flexible hours and a positive, team-oriented environment are emphasized, with competitive pay and benefits as part of Woods Teammate

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Woods Supermarket D>E service and Hospitality 4 guidelines.
• Must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, and company standards.
• Notify management of guest or teammate accidents or injuries.
• Report all safety risks and illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• To be respectful, courteous, and helpful to other teammates
• Stay current with all ads.
• Understand the store's layout and be able to take guests to products.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• To perform other miscellaneous tasks assigned by managers.
• Check product quality to ensure freshness. Review "sell by" dates and take appropriate action.
• Provides guests with fresh and non-perishable grocery products that they have ordered.
• Recommend grocery items to guests to ensure they get the products they want and need.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Report pricing discrepancies to the pricing coordinator
• Inside work with variations in heat/cold/dust/humidity caused by the opening of store entrance doors. Some outside work may be required.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00
