Job summary

The GIANT Company in Scranton is seeking a backroom team member responsible for unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, and stocking shelves. You will work in backstock on non-delivery days and replenish mass and end displays to ensure product is ready for customers.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, maintaining safety standards, staying attentive to inventory, and collaborating with store management to support efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
