Job summary

Casey’s Center Store Manager is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train and empower team members, manage daily tasks, and maintain accurate inventory while upholding safety and financial controls.

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive store operations.
• Experience Training, coaching, and engaging team members to deliver guest value.
• Experience with inventory counts, audits, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities, conduct safety processes, and manage invoices and bookwork.
• Ensure product availability through regular vendor check-ins and inventory management.
• Support the store leadership team and step in when other leaders are unavailable.
