Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center of the store with accountability, training, and team engagement. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to coach and empower associates, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain strong vendor and guest relations.

You will oversee daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and service quality while driving operational excellence and collaboration with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily tasks, store walks, and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team, stepping in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
