Job summary

Casey's in Plainview, TX is seeking a Center Store Manager to be a hands-on leader driving operational excellence and team engagement. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and empower staff, while ensuring accurate inventory, audits for compliance, and timely vendor check-ins to keep shelves stocked.

Starting pay ranges $14.50-$16.65 per hour, with full salary range extending beyond the hiring range.

• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and ensure safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage inventory.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service and keep the Store Manager informed.
