Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower team members in the center store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and ticketing requests.
• Manage inventory, perform daily bookwork, and liaise with Store Manager on issues.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and communicate updates to leadership.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and cover for others when needed.
