Schnucks is hiring for a center store clerk to deliver friendly customer service and ensure shelves are stocked, rotated, and accurately tagged. The role involves processing incoming products, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety guidelines in a fast-paced store environment.

Applicants should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a cold environment. Training is provided at store level as needed.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Regular attendance is essential
• Stock, straighten and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods, and Grocery Departments
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler and freezer

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock and rotate products on shelves and maintain displays
• Process incoming product from warehouse and direct store delivery vendors
• Read shelf tags and ensure accurate pricing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of backroom and sales floor
• Follow safety guidelines when using equipment and lifting up to 50 pounds
