Clarks Market Inc in Crested Butte, CO is hiring a full-time Center Store/Grocery Associate to keep shelves stocked, organized, and inviting. You will unload deliveries, stock products, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling while delivering friendly customer service.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand long hours, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous grocery/retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and stock shelves.
• Rotate products using FIFO.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock.
• Maintain attractive displays and endcaps.
• Label products with prices and expiration dates.
• Keep aisles and shelves clean and organized.
• Greet customers and assist them in locating products.
• Provide product recommendations to help customers decide.
• Assist with training new associates as required.
• Support other store areas during peak times.
