Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Center Storage Manager in Plano, Texas to oversee self-storage transactions, rentals, security and records with a focus on customer service and operational discipline.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; the candidate will work closely with the General Manager and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Center Storage Manager Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions, rentals and customer service.

Center Storage Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Eye for detail

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of walking both indoors and outdoors, occasions of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
