Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree with at least one year's experience working with young adults preferred.
• Job Corps experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Pass a drug screen and a nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists CSI Manager in administering the center behavior management system and maintains center data on scheduling and attendance.
• Coordinates all center documentation related to student attendance.
• Reviews behavioral reports for consistency and informs supervisor of irregularities.
• Monitors class attendance reports and assists in preparing Monthly Management Reports.
