GenerationEd seeks a Center Resource Partner to assist teachers in planning, organizing, and directing programs for a group of children. You will help create a high-quality environment promoting social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

You will support behavior management, curriculum planning, and family engagement while ensuring safety and inclusivity in daily routines and activities.

Qualifications

• Must have completed high school or GED and provide proof of diploma.
• Participation in the CDA cohort following the start date is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and using space, materials, and routines to create an engaging, safe environment for play and learning.
• Assist in developing and implementing an integrated program of activities suitable for developmental levels of the children.
• Use community resources and age-appropriate activities to enrich classroom experiences.
• Ensure the classroom respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Maintain an environment aligned with HSPS, CLASS, NCPK, and NAEYC.
• Perform bus monitoring and kitchen duties as needed.
• Support teacher-child interaction and communication to foster development.
• Assist with daily activities including diaper changes, feeding, reading, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to plan and document activities.
