Qualifications

• 3+ years in a regulated or process-driven environment
• High school diploma, GED or higher
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
• Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead quality programs with inspections, audits, and corrective actions
• Maintain audit readiness by complying with regulations
• Provide independent quality checks and objective documentation
• Support center leadership to ensure safety and operational excellence
• Track trends, analyze data, and implement efficiency improvements
• Oversee staff training and ensure policy adherence
