Join Parachute is seeking a Center Quality Manager (Heavy Travel) in Carrollton, GA. You will own the regulatory and compliance program at the Donor Center, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and donor safety.

Travel includes 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided. The role requires 3+ years in regulated environments, a high school diploma or higher, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Maintain center audit readiness by ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide independent quality checks and documentation separate from daily operations.
• Collaborate with Center Director to ensure safety and operational excellence.
• Track trends, analyze data, and implement plans to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Oversee training and ensure staff adherence to new policies.
