Role Overview

Center Operations Manager I

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations, improvement plans, and development initiatives.
  • Participate in employment decisions such as hiring, promotions, and terminations.
  • Foster a positive and robust workplace culture aligned with our core values.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for new and existing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop best practices.
  • Conduct regular area walkthroughs and support production activities.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and support scheduling and payroll tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Energetic, personable, and enthusiastic about teaching and learning.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with 12 months of applicable experience.
  • Up to 1 year of supervisory or process management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
