Center Operations Manager I
This Is What You’ll Do
  • Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Participate in employment decisions such as hiring, promotions, and terminations.
  • Foster a positive culture within the donor center, exemplifying core values.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations.
  • Conduct thorough on-the-job and certification training, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct area walkthroughs and support production productivity.
  • Support marketing initiatives and optimize employee scheduling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits and Compensation

The base pay ranges from $29.65 - $39.54 - $49.42, depending on experience and qualifications.
