Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking an Assistant Director in Tennessee to manage day-to-day center operations, lead staff, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role reports to the Center Director and collaborates with leadership to maintain high-quality care.

You will supervise scheduling, records, and enrollment activities while supporting family and staff development, retention, and overall operational excellence in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating staff schedules.
• Experience managing attendance records with ADP.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations and center policies.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
• Experience assisting with enrollment processes and family tours.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
