Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of people management required including recruiting, training, etc.
• Strong communication, organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Responsible for mitigating and resolving safety concerns.
• Oversees preventive maintenance of donor center equipment.
• Assists with achieving targeted production in quantity and quality.
