Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations in Kyle, TX. You will manage billing, payroll, reporting, scheduling, recruitment, and staff development to ensure financial health and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising administrative and clinical staff, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and driving growth through KPI improvements and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ management experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, administration, or management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard administrative and clinical staff as needed.
• Schedule all clients and staff to ensure contracted hours and billing requirements.
• Manage purchasing and budget for the center and maintain facility safety and cleanliness.
• Lead outreach to community entities to support center growth and KPI improvements.
