Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a Center Supervisor to support daily operations, therapy delivery, and administrative tasks at our Chesapeake, VA location. You will help implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and assist families with treatment guidance while ensuring a safe and organized center.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Open availability within center operating hours (8am–7pm).

• Knowledge of ABA methodology and client-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families with training on treatment plans.
• Assist with administrative duties and daily center operations.
• Oversee center safety, scheduling, and pickup/drop-off.

Job description

We are seeking an hourly Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission at Proud Moments. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide administrative assistance, quality assurance, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, and assist in owning the day-to-day needs of our center.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services families in 10 + states and continues to grow. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Support the Center Manager in administrative duties
• Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager's absence
• Opening and closing the location
• Help to maintain room scheduling
• Oversee Pickup and Drop off at center
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
• Ensure safety in the center
