The CHS School Operations Manager will oversee operations and administrative functions across CHS Centers, ensuring compliance with top standards and coordinating with the Center Director. The role includes transportation, safety, facilities, and food service management to support high-quality early learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Nutrition or related field (required).
• Master's degree MS, MBA, or MEd preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, HR, finance, or admin (preferred).
• 2+ years in early childhood space with OCDEL/NAEYC quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CHS Center data, outcomes and trends in operations and admin.
• Manage inventory and requisitions, including external suppliers.
• Administer contracts for custodial/building services and internal staffing coordination.
• Develop and maintain CHS policies and procedures; address risks.
