Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

We are seeking a mission-driven Center of Excellence (COE) Program Manager to oversee the delivery of high-impact, community-based care management and peer recovery support services for individuals navigating substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about recovery, equity, and driving outcomes through coordination and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a regional COE program, ensuring seamless care coordination and consistent delivery of recovery support services.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of peer recovery specialists and care coordinators, providing individual and group supervision in line with licensure and program standards.
  • Foster collaboration between patients, medical providers, office staff, ancillary departments, and community agencies.
  • Design and deliver training programs and facilitate quarterly learning collaboratives to support team development and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation protocols and lead ongoing quality assurance, including regular chart audits and performance reviews.
  • Maintain proactive communication with site and regional leadership, contributing to program improvement and strategic integration of behavioral health services.
  • Provide after-hours support coverage as needed and respond to emerging patient or staffing needs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, community events, and stakeholder engagement activities to expand access and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human service or SUD treatment setting, including team supervision, direct client service, and program development.
  • Active Certified Recovery Specialist Supervisor (CRSS) Certification required.
  • Deep knowledge of community resources, care navigation, and recovery-oriented systems of care.
  • Prior experience in case management, care coordination, or peer recovery preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across service locations.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
