Job summary

Saco Bay PT is launching an outpatient physical therapy center in Waterville, ME, led by a Center Manager who will oversee daily operations, drive growth, and foster a culture of excellence. The role focuses on building physician relationships, growing patient portfolios, and developing a talented PT/PTA team in a fast-paced startup setting.

The clinic opens in July 2026, with a competitive salary range of $80k–$110k, sign-on bonus up to $20k, and student debt repayment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center as its heartbeat and execute executive decisions.
• Leverage local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Develop and lead a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.
