Location: NovaCare Baltimore, MD (Pikesville Center)

Schedule: Full Time 40Hrs.

Compensation: starting at $85,000

Our NovaCare Pikesville Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.

We have a large team at our Pikesville OP ortho center and treat a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our specialty services include sports medicine, aquatics, work conditioning, concussion, fall prevention, injury prevention, and LSVT BIG, in addition to general orthopedics. Previous outpatient orthopedics experience as a physical therapist (PT) is required to be considered. Physical therapists with management experience are ideal. We offer leadership development for those PTs seeking professional growth. Recent outpatient ortho experience is required.
