Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking an enthusiastic Center Manager (Center Director) for a busy tutoring center. The role focuses on leading, supporting, and developing staff while delivering Mathnasium methods to students from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with 25–40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have strong math skills, prior education or teaching experience, and a passion for community service. You will balance educational duties, customer experience, administrative tasks, sales, and

Responsibilities

• Assists in all areas of management.
• Attends school marketing events and builds relationships with schools.
• Oversees the floor during instructional hours and manages staff effectively.
• Works with students to teach foundational math skills.
• Serves as the point person for employees and parents.
• Provides exceptional math instruction using the Mathnasium Method.
• Builds center enrollment by increasing awareness of Mathnasium through marketing efforts and the retention of current students
