European Wax Center in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and ensure health and safety compliance, while coaching staff and resolving guest concerns. This role offers a competitive base and a lucrative bonus structure to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. • Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift.
