European Wax Center seeks an experienced Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Issaquah location. You will lead a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage sales performance while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The role focuses on coaching staff, optimizing scheduling and inventory, and delivering a superior guest experience. A strong leader with a passion for beauty and a track record of achieving targets is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. QualificationsKnowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance.
• Places the guest first. Coaches Associates to connect with our guests. Builds brand loyalty and establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation and service.
• Is self-motivated and a go-getter. Is accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the Brand.
• Leads and inspires by example, regularly encourages fact based solutions and celebrates the success of others.
• Will have an open and flexible schedule
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift.
