Position: Center Manager – European Wax Center – Draper, UT

Salary: $35,568 – $48,300 annually (competitive base + performance bonus). Full‑time; in‑person work.

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all daily operations at our European Wax Center location, leading a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent education).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer‑service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of business KPIs, ability to use a POS system, and strong financial acumen.
• Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and stand for extended periods.
