European Wax Center in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction at a premier location.

You will manage a team of guest service associates and licensed wax specialists, oversee scheduling and payroll, and uphold health and safety and brand standards while coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management or spa/salon operations.
• Strong sales background and proven team leadership.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Job Details

Location: 10110 W McDowell Rd, Space 38 – Avondale, AZ 85392

Salary: $48,000.00 – $60,980.00, full‑time with competitive base salary and lucrative bonus structure.

Job Type: Full‑time, in person.

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Core Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance
• Places the guest first, coaches associates to connect with guests, and builds brand loyalty
• Is self‑motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand
• Leads and inspires by example, regularly encourages fact‑based solutions and celebrates the success of others
• Will have an open and flexible schedule
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system
• Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time – 80% or more of total shift
