Position: Physical Therapist as Center Manager - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: NovaCare Baltimore, MD (Pikesville)

Schedule: Full Time 40Hrs.

Compensation:starting at $85,000

Incentives: Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 and/or Indefinite Student Loan Help

Our NovaCare Pikesville Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager.We have a large team at our Pikesville OP ortho center and treat a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our specialty services include; sports medicine, aquatics, work conditioning, concussion, fall prevention, injury prevention, and LSVT BIG on top of general orthopedics.

You must have at least three years of OP ortho experienced to be considered. Physical therapists with management experience are ideal. However, our leadership development will ensure your success.

This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.   • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
