European Wax Center in Allen, TX is seeking a results-driven Center Manager to lead daily operations, exceed performance metrics, and deliver outstanding guest service with integrity.

You will recruit and develop the center team, manage costs, and partner with district and corporate leadership to implement initiatives that drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail management with supervising 5+ associates.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals through effective leadership.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

As a Center Manager at European Wax Center, you will hold full responsibility and accountability for all center activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving performance metrics and financial objectives, maintaining exemplary service standards, leading the center team, fostering team development, and enforcing policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and nurturing a culture of excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates.
• Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 2 years of retail management experience, with direct employee supervision of 5+ people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing high-performing associates.
• Highly resourceful individual, with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships amongst team members.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by a capacity to lead by example, providing support, ensuring attention to detail, maintaining quality and service standards, and facilitating positive interactions.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working autonomously with limited supervision.
• Business and financial proficiency.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Openness to feedback for professional and personal growth.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

PAY:

• $50,000.00 - 55,000.00 /year plus commission and bonus opportunity.

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours/week, including one weekend day and changing shifts (AM and PM).
• Weekend availability.

WORK LOCATION:

• On-site.
