Job summary

Think Zone is hiring a hands-on Center Manager to own the Redwood City center’s day-to-day operations, lead a team of tutors, and drive enrollment growth. You’ll manage scheduling, resources, and center culture while building strong relationships with students and families.

You will play a key role in expanding Think Zone, coordinating with HQ, and partnering with families to support learning outcomes. This in-person role requires leadership, organization, and a passion for education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading a team of tutors or staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operations.
• In-person, full-time availability in Redwood City.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and performance of the Redwood City center.
• Manage scheduling, classrooms, learning resources, and center organization.
• Recruit, onboard, coordinate, and support tutors with HQ guidance.
• Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative center culture.
• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Serve as key contact throughout student journey.
• Monitor student progress and partner with families to support learning outcomes.
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for Think Zone families.
• Help prospective families understand Think Zone's programs and learning approach.
• Support trial classes and convert interested families into enrollments.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations.
• Support local events, outreach, referrals, and growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of enrollment and retention goals with broader team.
