KinderCare Learning Companies in New York is seeking a Center Director who will lead a team of educators, partner with families, and drive community growth in our centers. You will ensure high-quality early childhood education and manage daily operations to support children and families across our network.

As a Center Director, you will apply your leadership, budgeting, and licensing knowledge to build strong partnerships with families, staff, and local authorities, while maintaining on-site

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role and be on-site daily.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with families.

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
