Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day center operations.
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule staff for in-center, online or hybrid instruction.
• Lead and motivate team members professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Administer student assessments, identify gaps, and develop learning plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating progress to families.
• Monitor center profitability and student success metrics.
• Ensure a safe and professional learning environment.
