Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state licensing standards and NAEYC/NAC guidelines preferred.
