Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is seeking a Center Director for Great Futures Early Learning to lead our mission-driven team in Whatcom County. You will hire and develop educators, foster a supportive culture, ensure health and safety standards, and engage families from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• AA in ECE or related field (DCYF-approved).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an early learning teacher.
• Demonstrated experience in Early Achievers and program planning.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
