Child Development Schools in the United States is seeking a visionary School Director to lead one of our early childhood centers. You will foster a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for staff, families, and children while driving daily operations and program quality.

As a hands-on leader, you will grow enrollment through community outreach, ensure health, safety, and licensing standards, and manage budgeting, staffing, and parent communications with pride and confidence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leader who's ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a talented team of educators, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and licensing standards that keep kids safe and happy.
• Strategically grow enrollment through effective marketing and community outreach.
• Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record-keeping.
