A leading kids coding franchise located in Virginia is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily center operations. The ideal candidate will engage with children and families, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure a fun learning environment. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have experience working with children, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with flexible work hours, primarily from Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working with children ages 5 and up in a camp or recreation setting.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
